However, Google now prefers for images to be renamed and optimized based on the content in the image itself. Use the instructions in the video below to rename and add alt text to your image, BUT use words that describe the picture itself like “man on beach” or “sad woman on bench” rather than “anxiety counseling” or “couples therapy”.
